| System Description: | This is a fully automated swing trading method for the Russell-2000 index Emini Futures. 15 years of in-sample back -test. It detects the trend and only trades long positions. It safely stays out of big market drops, but it remains active in up-moves even within a bear market. Hence, it won't be late/lagging to any new major bull trends the way, say, a moving average works. This strategy has 4 years of great out-of-sample performance but on index ETF's. It was recently adapted for futures. There are multiple exit mechanisms, only one of which is a static stop loss. |
