| System Description: | Oak Tree S is an intraday breakout trading system for the soybeans market. The algo enters the market long or short with one or two contracts and exits either by the end of the day or if the initial stop loss (~600 USD) is hit. Oak Tree S is actually composed of two different and low correlated algos for the soybeans market. The system development period ended in 2017 and the out-of-sample results in 2018 are very good. Our system development process utilizes (amongst others) walk-forward and cluster analysis to reduce the chance of overfitting.
