| System Description: | This is a long and short system for ES. It is based on a proprietary counter momentum indicator that I built. This system has been back tested on 25 years of daily S&P500 index data, daily SPY ETF data, and daily ES futures data as well. Trade duration can be anywhere from one day to two weeks, trades usually last about five days. As equity markets have a statistical upside bias, there is a "time stop" on short trades at 7 trading sessions. I currently trade this system in my own account. |
