| System Description: | Strike ES2 is an overbought/oversold based swing trading system that recognizes oversold conditions in up trends and overbought conditions in down trends. It has a relatively high win rate. Over the past 16 years, it usually trades 1 time/month with a 4 day holding period. The strategy has a fixed stop-loss and uses market orders to ensure real-time trades will be filled. The stop loss occurred once in Oct 2015. We use a very robust system development process that includes historical analysis, walk forward analysis and Monte Carlo simulations. We have a high degree of confidence in our development process and our strategies and trade our systems in our hedge fund portfolios. |
