| System Description: | Strike ES1 is a reversion based swing trading system that recognizes oversold conditions in up trends and overbought conditions in down trends. Over the past 16 years, it usually trades 1-2 times/month with a 5 day holding period. The strategy has a variable stop-loss order based on historical volatility and uses market orders to ensure real-time trades will be filled. We use a very robust system development process that includes historical analysis, walk forward analysis and Monte Carlo simulations. We have a high degree of confidence in our development process and our strategies and trade our systems in our hedge fund portfolios. |
