| System Description: | About 3/4 of the time of the time the SP500 is in "sideways" mode with the positions held by the option market makers determining the range and direction of the underlying (ES). This is when we can buy calls at troughs and puts at peaks and avoid trading the underlying. The rest of the time we are in "up" or "down" mode and we can be long or short the underlying (ES) and long calls or puts as a hedge against a change back to sideways. This system uses a proprietary option pricing model and underlying simulation model to precicely time the entries and exits that has been developed and tuned over the last 10 years.
