| System Description: | This Alpha Spreader program will trade WTI and BRENT oil calendar spreads anywhere from 2 months to 2 years out on the forward curve. Several different individual spread trades can be in the portfolio simultaneously, while adhering to our portfolio based approach averaging a 6% - 10 % M//E ratios correlating to the market volatility. This program will NOT trade outright or options contracts. No specific stops will be used and all orders will be limit orders. This program will target 5% - 8% monthly with 10 – 12% downside risk.
